Return & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return (or exchange) of unworn shoes within 7 days of receipt of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return (or exchange), the shoes must be in new, original condition (without harsh creases on the uppers and no scratches on the sole). Please note that the item must arrive to our California location within ten days upon issuance of return authorization, which you can obtain by contacting us via email at info@gentlemensfootwear.com.  

Upon receipt of your returned item, your refund will be processed within two to four weeks. Please note that for a non-defective item return, the total refunded amount will be subject to a 5% restocking fee based on the item’s value.

All sales are final for accessories, including ties, pocket squares and shoe care products.
