Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn shoes within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be in new, original condition—free of creases on the uppers and scratches on the soles.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@gentlemensfootwear.com to obtain a return authorization. The item must arrive at our California location within 10 days of the return authorization being issued.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee based on the item’s value.
- Exchanges for a different size or item of equal value are complimentary—no restocking fee will apply.
- Order cancellations will incur a 2.5% cancellation fee.
Final Sale Items All sales are final under the following conditions:
- When a discount code is applied during checkout
- Last pair clearance items (including floor model clearance)
- Custom/made-to-order (MTO) deposits
- Accessories, including ties and scarves
