Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellations
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return (or exchange) of unworn shoes within 7 days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a return (or exchange), the shoes must be in new, original condition (without harsh creases on the uppers and no scratches on the sole).
Please note that the item must arrive at our California location within ten days upon issuance of return authorization, which you can obtain by contacting us via email at info@gentlemensfootwear.com. Upon receipt of your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee based on the item’s value.
Exchanges for a different size or other items of the same value are complimentary, and no restocking fee will be charged.
Order cancellations will incur a 2.5% cancellation fee.
All sales are final when the discount code is applied during the checkout process, as well as last pair clearance items (floor model clearance items).
Deposits on custom/made-to-order (MTO) items are non-refundable.
All sales of accessories, including ties and scarves, are final.
